NEEM / VTP Training Scheme
NEEM Scheme, also known as National Employability Enhancement Scheme, is a pioneering initiative taken jointly by AICTE and Government of India. The Scheme aims at producing skilled labours to counter the problem of the skilled labour shortage in India by providing on the job training to the enrolled trainees. NEEM Scheme also has some great incentives for the participating industries such as liability free workforce. They can train the manpower as per their requirements and also have an option of absorbing them full time if need be. With the multi-fold opening of manufacturing Industries in India, opportunities for employment for youth with skills is very high. At the same time, the industry also is looking for the skilful youth. NEEM scheme is one such initiative which bridges the gap between the industry and the youth by developing steady pool of trained manpower.
With this great idea, Dusky Stallion has partnered with many industries pan India and is bringing about a change especially to those youth hailing from economically backward, with rural background and in the industrially underdeveloped regions. Students are supported with a reasonable monthly stipendiary benefit to sustain their living expenses and they need not pay any fees till the completion of the programme. Entire training cost is met by the partnering industry.
We are providing an opportunity to apprentices to undergo 'on the job' training which provided them exposure to real working conditions, situations, and challenges. They get a chance to work on advanced machines and equipment facilitating the acquisition of knowledge, skills, experience and desirable attitude which help them get a remunerative job or explore opportunities of self-employment.
